I do think I'd prefer the "X" version because of the Op-Pro but also like the ebony on the "T" so I will consider whatever's available. So, the feelers are officially out so please contact me if you have something you want to part with. No guarantees but willing to talk.

Don't know the seller, but he has good feedback and a long-time evilBay addict. Also, he sez it is an OP-30, but you can see that it is an OP-Pro... Just a PSA!  OOPS! In the time it took me to type that someone bid and wiped-out the BIN. So it is just an all-out auction.

I'm going to be way all day, but I'll check my email (and the this board) when I get home this evening. If it's fair to ask: I know you love these guitars; is there any reason you haven't bonded with this particular T. Thank you sincerely, Richard

I haven't bonded with it because there are two flavors of necks that the Elite T's came in: the k-bar neck and a slightly skinnier neck (I don't know what it's called) but it's the one I have played for the last 3 years. It also has the OP-30 (which I actually find visually more appealing with its friendly green "in tune" indicator), but my bigger concern is the neck. Other Elite T owners can't tell the difference, but my little hands can.

Joined: August 2009 Posts: 381 Location: Miami | Clarification (I hate that I can't edit my posts!): the k-bar neck is NOT the one I have played with for the last 3 years, which is why I haven't bonded with this particular T. :-)

I'm not trying to ruin my own sale, just thought you should know since you mentioned you prefer black. Arthur, if the current auction was pewter with the non-k neck, I would have bet that it DID end up selling for more than the original BIN (and you know why ;-)
