OK, here goes...

I'm not really in dire need to sell, just these two don't get much playing time anymore. I am playing bass in the band now and most of the acoustic playing goes to the Tak. I am ok with just keeping these for awhile, but wanted to offer them up for the right price.

I don't want to sell both, just one. I need to keep one Adamas. So, as soon as the first one sells, the other one is off the market. Both are in excellent condition.

1st up: Adamas Millennium - $1500 (or make offer)
This one is the CVT in a Tuxedo.

2nd on the block: The Cootie (yes, that one) $1500 firm.
12 fret, UTE textured top, 2080 hole, mid bowl, slot head, Studio preamp.

Tom, if I had the money I would buy the Cootie in a heartbeat. That guitar was a gloriously successful failure. I've played it and I loved it. If only I had the money...

Maybe you'd like to make a contribution of the guitar to my daughter's college fund?

FYI people, the only thing this has in common with the 2080 is the cats eye. This has a slot head, 12 fret neck, UTE textured top, mid bowl, and Studio preamp. The 2080 is a paddle head, 14 fret, open weave top(?), contour bowl, and I think it has the VIP.

It looks like a 2080 because it is black and has the cats eye. It sounds much closer to the UTE but has the cutaway.

For those that remember (or want to search the archives) I ordered a cutaway UTE and got this instead. I kept it because it sounded so good. Many here have played it as I took it to the OFC factory tour a few years ago.

The buyer will definitely love that Cootie as anyone who's played it will attest. And I have. Good luck with the sale.

Willa, I think you're too late. The heading has "or" in it and the Great White Shark (AJ) is on a feeding frenzy, gobbling up the Cootie.

We're just waiting for the next "Show and Tell" session at AJ's house.

Didn't you see her other thread where she "pursuaded" a seller to ship a guitar when he didn't want too. She is from NJ after all....
