I'm hoping Willa and Trader's computers break so I have a chance at some of the scraps. I promised my wife I wouldn't buy anymore guitars for at least a year but you may be forcing me into divorce court!LOL.

I had one for a short time but didn't realize how much I would've liked to keep it until I sold it. I hate when that happens.

I told a few folks that contacted me that if they wanted to jump past the auction I was responding to "reasonable" market value offers. While urgent fund raising this is no 'fire sale'. I will take my chances with the auction otherwise. UTE-12 and the 1681-TEAL appear to be staying in the family.

I've bid on the CL, but I simply don't have the $$$ right now to give him his OFC BIN, which is quite reasonable, but higher than my bid. If anyone here is wanting that puppy, I will NOT, in any way, feel animosity if they contact Stuart and buy it before the auction ends. That would be nothing but petty on my part. Likewise, I cannot go any higher on my bid, if anyone here wants to go at it, again, no hard feelings. Seriously. Stuart wouldn't be moving these at all if he had a choice. The better the price he gets, the more it helps. Again, I would be petty to look at it any other way. So bid away folks...or just go ahead and buy the thing from him. As everyione has said with all sincerity; Best of luck Stuart! :)

Joined: December 2008 Posts: 1453 Location: Texas | I would love to get my hands on that CL12, but current negotiations with SWMBO are stalled at the part where I'd have to promise to sell my 1598-MEII if I bought another 12. I even considered doing that (briefly), but then I played her for an hour or so and I gave up on that idea… Good Luck with everything Stuart, they are all very desirable guitars that hopefully will stay in the OFC family until you are in a position to buy them back… (hopefully sooner rather than later…)

I can't believe the ute didn't sell either. I'm sure it will if you put it up again. Did anyone here get the blue 12 String?
