Hey everyone. I just want to make a pitch for support of the OFC store.

With this holiday season upon us maybe you want to send something to the Ovation player in your life. (or even yourself)

Many have asked why new items have not been added or why items are out of stock etc. I am going to be blunt here. There just is not a demand. The OFC store will not be trading on the big board any time soon. The same folks that have supported us from the beginning seem to continue their support.

For example there has been a request for guitar straps, but to get them made it will take a minimum order and after those 7 people get theirs we will have another 93 in stock.

As you have read, I have plans to make the OFC day not only a factory tour and jam but an event. Well, all this does not come without a price. There will be more expenses involved and I would like to keep them down to a minimum.

If I told you the amount of transactions from the store in the past year you would not believe me the number is so low.

Anyway, check out the OFC store.

Let me put in a plug for the DVD from last years tour. These should have sold out in the first week.
If you were there, it makes a great keepsake. If you are one of those who think you will never be able to make it...it's the next best thing. Waskel filmed much of the factory tour itself. You see the machinery, the employees, and you can hear the guide describe the process.
You'll see the ROOM OF HISTORICAL PROPORTIONS!!!
This disc has much more to offer than just the formal and informal jam sessions.
The disc looks very professional with menues and chapters. (and one Easter Egg)
Get it!

I thought it was just a DVD of drunk guys with llamas. If you are going to sell something, you have to do a better marketing job, except to Cliff, who apparently really likes llamas.

the dvd is a great choice. there is a ton of cool information and good music. The guys that put it together did an excellent job. My only critique is that they did not edit me and my playing out.

Al/Miles-

I'm embarrased to say that I've always intended to purchase a 'membership' to support the site, yet had never actually done so.

Hi, my name is, errrrr, cruster, and I have a problem. I suffer from 'good intentions.'

I've corrected this mistake just two minutes ago. Thank you for a great 'gathering place.' Compared to some of the others I've frequented (Al knows), this place is top notch, A1A, *the* best. Thanks for keeping it going, and please forgive my insouciance (heh, look that one up!).

Now, those OFC hats...are they 'varsity' style with soft fronts, or are they 'trucker' style with things that make them stand up?
