I'm speaking out of turn here but since I haven't seen Fugot floating around lately, I believe he has #8... AL had #11 still when I bought mine.

I echo your thoughts on the RI's, I've played them all as well and find each to be their own flavor of ice cream. Both the A1 & A2 are very true to their namesakes. The UTE is my favorite because of the wide neck and low end thump. The #47 RI is the cream of the crop and doesn't even fit in the same context as the others.

I'm sooooo jealous of your trip abroad, wish I could have been there too :p

The FBI didn't find him, so the 47RI will have to be shipped to my house..... :)

I was out in the rural township where they were looking, last Monday....it would be a good place to hide a body.....

Supposedly a grand total of 75 will be made.

I believe they are all spoken for through the various dealers (so you need to find a dealer with one available).

Playing so high up the neck, Tim, I think you better trade it for a cutaway.

Looks kinda small in Tim's hands.

Also looks like a lot of cases lined along the wall.

That's what I like so much about the 14 fret vice the 12 fret bodies. With the 14 frets, I can reach up into the octive first position chords shapes (did that make sense?). I can octive shift a first position D chord to the 14th fret position and change up a chord progression in a song and still have it "sound" correct.

Any music theory experts out there help explain this better...since I'm still in the learning mode.

Hey Tim, we all know that B.S. as there are no chords above the 3rd fret. I proved this conclusively with my playing in CT....... I certainly didn't play anything above the 3rd fret worth listening to..

Evidence indicates otherwise, unless Dave is telling you ... (amended) where to put your fingers ;)

BTW, is that your 1773LX?

Moody doesn't actually know the chords above the 3rd fret. He was just following me. We're playing Brian T. and Slipkid's stage guitars (Legend LX and an AD2). Btw, Brian I thought your Legend LX was AWESOME. Thanks for letting me play it. Dave
