I know this has been a long time coming but circumstances in my life have taken priority over business and fan club dealings.

You want an OFC guitar strap? YOU GOT IT. In fact you have your choice of straps. That is correct, there is no one strap, you can choose whatever you wish for your needs.

check out this website http://longhollowleather.com/

These are the same fine people that made those wonderful pick pocket key chain holders that were in the goody bags at the last tour. they will put the same logo on the strap. I suggested near the strap button hole so that it is unobtrusive yet shows your support for our club and the Ovation guitar brand.

These straps are ordered on an individual basis. They are a very high quality and made in the USA. At some point a run of generic straps may be made but for now you can get exactly what you want to fit your needs.

If interested follow the link, and then contact me.

Sorry it took so long for this to happen but my life has been a maze of insanity lately.

This looks nice, thanks Al.

For those of us who did not get the goodie bag, what is the logo that was used on the pick pockets?

Al, This is GREAT. Thanks for the efforts. This will make a lot of members happy. And they even make BANJO straps!

Just to be clear, is process supposed to go like this - We browze the site and pick out what we want, and then order it through you?

Thanks Al!

This should keep me too busy trying to pick out what I want and unable to whine about something else!

Go to the longhollowleather.com website, click on "premier guitar straps" and pick out the style, size, color you want. Call Al and he places the order. Easy as pie.

There's not a photo of the OFC emblem on the website, if that's what you mean. It's the same as the OFC Tour key chains. Maybe someone can post a photo here.

By the way, the ones I ordered were the model "2-1/2 inch Softy" SHUT UP CLIFF.

Interesting.....I see a 2" and a 3" softy, yet somehow Tuppy has managed to order a 2 1/2" version.

Amazing how Tuppy can always get special orders from within special orders.....like his U681TA, his newest uke from France, his latest......oh nevermind!

OK, well I guess it's really 2 inches. I always round "up". Geez, how humiliating. Dave

Cliff, I think we're talking about 2 different things here. Now, you live in a part of the country with lots of trees and stuff, right? And when someone says for example they just cut down a 24 inch oak, what are they talking about? A tree that's 24 inches tall? I don't THINK so ...

Dave,
Didn't you mean to say Oh Merde. You should practice this for the next time you go and visit Jerome.
