I think I'd be somehwere between ZZ Top and George Thorogood. Only worse (can it get worse?). I'am somehwere near the end of my second year of playing to give you some idea of where I'am.

Of course lately I am in my Chris Tomlin stage....and I do that as equally as poorly as the others. So...I will be me, and me will be I and we are good enough for the both of us, but probably not good enough for anyone else.

My style other than Christian artist runs to Charlie Robinson, Robert Earl Keen and Pat Green...Texas Country Boys :)

Unfortunately, my knowledge of Mr Denver's style and music is limited. After weeks of being "in training," I am finally recognized a member of the praise team. Many also claimed that my mostly folk background and fingerpicking style drastically changed the praise team's sound ... I take it as a compliment, and I think change is good, considering that this is in THE city after all ... :)

I don't play very well, so, I pluck each string individiually, and let the sustain of my "O" speak for itself,.. all the while,.. I have a Chet Akins expression on my face,.. like, I know, what I'm doing!!!
