Mark Twain was asked what his favorite word was. His reply, "Thanks". I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving. I know I have much to be thankful for.

Wife talked about flying east to see the kids - did that a week earlier. Moody talked about visiting - didn't work out. Sooo, turns out it'll be the wife and I along with a family we know. Julie is a "Big Sister" to this 10 year old girl who has a pretty unsettled life. Mom is on prison, lives with grandma but it's just a mess. disabled great-grandma now lives with them. They haven't got a pot to pee in. You can picture it. Anyway, we're having that whole gang over for T-giving so that should be pretty interesting. Makes me thankful for how boring, predictable and comfortable my own life is. Dave

I didn't care for the feel on the one I tried. I don't know if I'd buy anything from a skinny baker. By the way, what happened to that Ultra GS you bid on. I thought I'd sneak up on it.

We get to have ours when the crops are fresh off the field and after Hallowe'en there's little other that Remembrance Day to interrupt all the Christmas presents you're making... Ri-ight!

I might put out the few outside lights I have. Y'know, if you just keep putting up new strings as the old ones burn out, you get a nice 'garland' effect around the eves of the whole house!
