Me! Three of them. Things really turned around a few years ago when the wife finally agreed that everyone would be a lot happier if we each just bought our own presents!

Not likely here. I already got next August's 30th Anniversary present. I can't remember which one I counted as this year's Christmas present, but I know I counted the Ute as last year's present. I have to quit saying that this new Ovation can count as my present for (fill in the blank.)

After having acquired the last two in March and July of this year, it is unlikely that I will have a guitar for the holidays.

Well, I'm patiently waiting...trying not to get toooo excited. But expecting an Ovation 12 from the bottom feeder guild any day now.

I expect to post glowing reports and get all mushy.. But hush. Don't want to get too worked up just yet.

The doctor says that's when I confuse the inner voice and that other guy.

Just got the ute in and found a few braces loose. Could have happened in shipping. At any rate, it's going back th the mothership Monday, to be made as new, and John said I could probably have it back by the first of the year. Close to Christmas, (and my birthday, the day before Christmas) hint hint.....

A friend of mine has given me a keyboard that's so complicated, I could f'n arrange movie scores. It's a waste on me. It's a christmas curse. Anyone know what a Korg X2 is worth?

I would really like an Ovation hollow body, but looks more like I will get a Hamer Echotone from Al instead. Haven't been able to find an O in my price range.

I've cast an 1117 on the water, and an OHSC for my 1115 is floating in. Does that count?

Well, the Adamas 2080 was an early 40th birthday / Christmas gift. Does that count?

I'm dreaming of a red Xmas. Hope that s/n 54 arrives in good time. It's a long way across the pond.

I've got a few big and small boxes of NOS and used parts on the way from WA and CT,(enough for 2 solid-bodies), they'll be here before Christmas..... don't know if they'll be guitars BY Christmas tho...

and All of my debts and bills will be paid in full before Christmas. Plus the 2985 will be going up to CT for neck RA, and restoration(after the New Year), which makes everyone happy.

I was wondering where that 12 string bluebird neck had gotten to... I had my eye on that but the budget is already shot. Can't wait to see the finished product.
