Joined: September 2003 Posts: 9301 Location: south east Michigan | For many, many years I used only the Martin Marquis. Now I'm using Elixirs on my AD-II and UTE. I'll use up my stock of Martins on the trekker and balladeer. Yep...they do last longer. Plenty long enough to justify the price. | ||

Gives 'em a little more ring than the phos/bronze D'Ad's. On my Martins, I like tha Martin SP phos/bronze lights, though I may try some Elixers on them too. For electric, I'm not picky as to brand, just gauge (10s). | ||
