"Two Outstanding.." Which two? I think I've just been insulted (just don't put me in dress).

Clfford:

Temp wore the dresses at least half the time!

Actually, yesterday was a great day. If I can't be in a room with beautiful women, then being with those two and some of Michael's guitars was a great second. I walked in thinking "I don't want to be late meeting our wives", and walked out thinking "how do I explain the fact that we are so late in meeting our wives"? Great fun with a couple of great people.

Ooops - did I say "Two Outstanding Musicians"?. Well ... you guys figure it out. Actually I've had the pleasure of hearing all three of these guys play in person and can tell you that they are all impressive in their own way (minus the dress, of course). Dave

Soundwise, unplugged, it sounds like a super shallow bowl classical. Not a bad sound, just not much of a sound. I didn't get a chance to plug is in, but I'm certain that this is where it shines.

And having seen Glen Campbell play THAT guitar in the early 80's, it was so cool to play it! It is a beautiful instrument. If Michael ever decides to sell it, I got first dibs!

To hell with the Adamas, my mandolin is now headed to Great Britain. what could be worse than that? Look at the pleasure on those faces of depriving America of a one off mandolin. Other than that they look like they are living up to the OFC tradition and having some fun jammin'.

Bailey,

That's my book Mandolin, not Paul T's new acquisition. Nobody is taking any of my guitars to Great Britain!

Actually, Temp tends to go into blues in the key of A by default.

I was counting on you guys playing in E flat so we could see Paul T with his mandolin capo, what happened to that?

Bailey

PS Glad to hear that the US will still have a Book mandolin that I can plot a change of ownership somehow.

I was at a jam one time and a guy sat in on keys. He said what do you want to play. I told him just tell me the key and I will follow him. His response "let's make this easy and play blues in F#" Sue. my wife was sitting in on bass and we both shot each other a look that said "what is this guy F**K**G with us?????" We played blues in F# that night...very strange.
