Ovation Hasn't Sold Guitar Straps In a long time. It would be a neat idea to have a OFC Guitar Strap sold in the OFC Store. I'm not sure of the cost involved. But my guess is They's sell alot of them. I'd buy some myself.

Yeah!

If everyone who would by a OFC-strap could send a post here, then they would know how many they'd sell right away and I guess that would make it a bit easier for them to calculate their return of investment.

I have been researching it, and think I found a source. It is actually pretty easy to get straps made, but I have been searching for the OEM of "THE" strap that I use all the time. Stay tuned.

just got seven more Levy's MS880 (burgandy/black leather) this morning...like to have a good strap on each of the guitars.

best strap I have ever had is the 3" non-padded leather carved Martin strap - still looking good after 24 years.

good leather acoustic style strap - I'm in...

Like I said Before Miles, I'd Buy it! with the Incorporation of the Ovation Logo into teh OFC Merchandise. It would be the next best thing to owning a Genuine Ovation Guitar Strap.

I was looking at straps the other day so I'm in the market. Yeah, I'd buy one.

I need two as well, one for my Legend and one for my Yairi. I like canvas ones, though and hey they are much cheaper. Elite LX, how you likin' that Walden? I think they are great for the $.

Man, I don't need no stinkin' strap for just my three chords, but lets see what Miles comes up with. Might be able to use it to tie up the kids or dogs.

I forgot to express my type of strap...............maybe a 2 1/2 inch wide and taper near the ends in a black soft leather.

I have been looking for a strap like one I purchased probably 20 years ago.
It is still in great shape. It was called a Fretsling. It is made of a very deep brown, thick leather, and is cut in a very shallow sort of backward S shape. It is 3" wide and has an adjustable tale strap 1" wide. It is by far the most comfortable strap I have ever tried. It lays perfectly flat over your shoulder and across your back. This design spreads the weight of your guitar evenly across you shoulder and back.

If I could find them I would buy 2 or even 3.

I have even thought about making them myself and reselling them. Another one of those around tuit things.

I'm in for at least one. I'll trust Miles on this---if he's got a favorite one, I'll bet it's good.

Hey Miles, what's happening with the OFC guitar straps, don't recal a consensus, of the design either, I assume it might have the OFC logo, on leather...

ANY news, is it:

Still alive...
DOA...
Playing 2nd fiddle to OFC special edition guitar, deal with factory?????????????????????????????????

Great idea! Especially keen on the idea of a guitar and a mandolin strap.

Cheers
