Just trying to get everything planned with the finances...got the flights and the hotel set up..

What is the admission fee per person for the tour?

Or what was is last year if it hasn't been determined?

thanks again and take care..

The admission fee is that you need to be the owner of an Ovation.

Just be forewarned that there are various "initiation rituals" for first-timers . . .

. . . you're not afraid of llamas, are you??

Cliff,
I heard you were bringing in 3 Llamas this year.
I know that no-one was supposed to say anything. But someone spilled the beans, so i just gotta know...

With all the newbi's, you gotta bring enough llamas for everybody who're gonna need them.

. . . plus, they tire easily (llamas).
Kinda like having fresh horses for the PonyExpress.

Could somebody post pics of the llamas. Kind of build the anticipation you know. I mean, I wouldn't want to be hooked up with just any old raggedy llama  I do have my standards. I did, after all, sell my Martin ;)

You're tellin' me. She stepped all over my feet. When it came time for me to fly home, I limped onto the plane.

Only thing worse than dancing with a drunk llama is waking up next to one, hungover, the next morning.

Looking at all the pictures with folks wandering around carrying guitar cases I find my self thinking of Linus van Pelt. Is there a particular reason poeple bring instruments with them? If you're flying in, I would be a little concerned checking my guitar (esp. if your connecting through Philly on US Air  )

Those that can, and want to (bring their instruments), do.

. . . and who said anything about dancing??

Let's not forget drinking the tequilla out of the shot glass then using it as your slide...

These pictures bring back such fond memories...

There was an old thread from last year's trip about concerns of taking a guitar on the flights. I flew from DFW and had no problems at all taking my guitar on. So long as it fits in the overhead.
We all carried them with us Friday morning as we went straight from the tour to the dinner/jam...

Cliff Told me to watch out, she hadn't had her coffee yet, I was in line at the breakfast Bar and she just plowed her way through, Guess she figured I use the bottom of my feet to walk , she could just put her weight on the top. OUCH!! That HURT!!
By the way I checked my guitar flying in from Raliegh, They let me carry it on Comming back.
I had no problems either way.

There's a side benefit to taking your guitar with you. You can play it at the airport in Hartford while you are waiting for your flight, and people will drop money into your guitar case!

Except if you are Paul Moody, then they will take money out! :D
