Don't know if this has been posted on the OFC before but, I came across this cool forum listing individual guitars Glen Campbell has played. The links have discussions and pictures and YouTube links of Glen and his guitars.

OFC member Jay Kantor has done a fantastic job with this site. There is a lot of info on the mostly custom Ovations Glen played as well as some of the other special guitars he used during his career.

A great site indeed!
I'm kinda suprised there wasn't anything on his Adamas "Slothead".

What guitar did he use on "The Astounding 12-String Guitar of Glen Campbell" - the picture on the cover does not look like an Ovation?

“If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.” ? W.C. Fields

A lot of us are here, indirectly, because of Glen. When Glen's old forum cratered, a couple of us went in together to resurrect it for a reference point to his legacy. I wanted to highlight the guitars he had used throughout the years. Each guitar requires a little bit of research and I have to thank Paul Moody, Wayne Reid, and Dave Witco...to name a few...for helping with a lot of them. There are several notable ones that I have yet to get to.

d'ovation   he probably used the Gibson B25-12

It was on the front cover and the album came out during the time he was playing it - '64

I will use my own paraphrase of Moody....When in doubt - mumble.

Thanks I don't know much about Gibson's and this seems to have a quite small body. Great old clips in the post
