I just learned Friday that Glen Campbell is coming to Maryville College outside of Knoxville for a show on Dec 15th.
Apparantly he's tying it in with a benefit to help with Alzheimers research and doing so with Pat Summit the Lady Vols Head Coach who recently annouced she had early stages of it too.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday, I'm praying I can get some for us to go.
I just wanted to throw out there that if anybody from outside the area is planning on attending you are welcome to come by the house for a rest stop.

Hope you can get there to see him. I have tickets to see him the next day in southern Indiana. Really looking forward to his show. Will be very good (I'm sure), but sad at the same time.

He's playing a couple of times at a casino I never heard of up by Spokane, but nothing else scheduled in the Northwest.

His website states that he is playing in an Indian casino (is there any other kind?) in New Mexico in December. Of course their website doesn't even have him listed. I plan on sending out some smoke signals tomorrow and will await a reply, I am assuming, by drum.

I'll be on the phone for the box office 1st thing in the morning tomorrow.
Keeping my fingers crossed, it's a small venue, 1200 seats and since its a co-benefit for Pat Summit there will be interest in it just for that.
Wish me luck..............

Got our tickets yesterday, my Mom graciously paid for 'em as an early X-Mas present for us.
I can't wait.
We're up close to the stage too.

Got my tickets yesterday to see him in NM. It is in December and I wish I could have gotten better seats, but obviously wasn't on the ball.

Since it is a small venue, hopefully he will be available before or after the concert.
