Location: USA | Would someone please give me some help with a price for a near perfect FD 14 with original "O" hard case.
I saw the last ones sold here in 2004 were at $1000.
The original retail price was listed at $2799 and I paid $1499 in December 2004.
I am loosing a battle with an autoimmune disease (MCTD) and would like to see this beautiful instrument go to someone who will "jump for joy" before I am unable to secure it a new home.
I would be happy to post pictures if needed. I can post a discription, but I think Tony Calman wrote the best discription I have ever read in the fall of 2004 and was instrumental (no pun intended) in moving me toward this beauty. |

Don't forget to add it on Dave's list.
This is the 15th FD14 in the OFC family, wow!

I have three guitars left. An OFC, a Langcaster electric, and a custom order that I am not sure they will build. I am very, very fortunate. ...soon i am going through entire collection to get serial numbers and photos. ...................of course GCDB shiny bowls and a limited 12 are on the list also, but I don't think i will ever own them. I am off to vermont for the day, bringing a godson back to school. have a great day all.
peace mike (and it's #42/50) |

Location: Gig Harbor, Washington | As a Super-Blessed member of the OFC, I have a deep love affair with my FD14, and expect it would likely be the last guitar I would willingly part with...though circumstances in my past once caused me to part with all but one (my original 1973 Sunburst A/E Artist) of my Ovation collection...
Through the Good Lord's Grace, I've been restored to Overflowing, as my current Harem List will attest - I hope your immune challenges will turn the corner for you - and I know Fugot will cherish your FD and your legacy will continue to bless others through his skillful hands!
Peace & Prayers~ |

Thomas, I feel your pain and hope for better days for you and yours. |
