Location: North Carolina | It's Sunday, which means I gotta play the restaurant gig again. It's starting to feel like a job. It is an outside gig, though. I hope it rains. |

Location: Omaha, NE | I've been feeling the same way for the last year or so about church. Its getting old.
Still, I guess if I am going to be there anyway I may as well be there playing my guitar rather than watching some other guy play his. |

Location: North Carolina | It's a slam-easy gig within a mile of my house. If I did it once a month or so that would be fine, like in other clubs where I'm in a rotation. The every Sunday night thing just gets to me. |

Playing the same place once a month is bad enough . . . |

Location: North Carolina | Yeah, Nags Head. Didn't rain until early this morning. It wasn't bad. I was draggin' from a day on the beach, but once I got to the gig I was recharged. I also brought the Taylor (see the "Mistake" thread) I wasn't going to let that thing beat me. And it didn't. I figured out the problem and I'm good to go with any of my guitars now. |

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | One thing I enjoy about playing Sunday services is that the music changes so much. We typically do seven to nine songs and sometimes half are things we haven't done before. It forces you to read fast (or just understand chord theory and not read at all) and appreciate being part of an ensemble sound. |
