I am gonna Keep this one...
It has multiple real cracks, but someone re-finished over them.
You can see that the cracks are really in the wood, but when I run my finger over them it is smooth.
So someone refinished it weirdly, which is kinda nice.
The action is awesomely low. This is great for a beater.
I am gonna try to keep this one.
Just wanted to brag!

I have a List in case I lose track...
10 USA Ovations, 2 Adamii, a VXT and a Celebrity.
(Plus 10 Other guitars) 24 Total.
I think that I have reached "critical mass"... I need to sell something.
But I love them all!
I need to make-up a chart and sell the ones that I play the least.

The "beater" has become one of my fave's. They sure have a big voice.
I also have a Pacemaker with 4 long cracks in it (plus a cracked head stock) which I have repaired. It too sounds great and looks "good".
Here's to the old road worriers! |
