I have what I think is a pretty rare all original Balladeer in excellent condition with a SMOOTH back serial number is 3069.

Location: SoCal | 3 piece tops went away in 1968. This guitar must have been built just before the conversion to the new textured bowl. |

Location: Phoenix, AZ | FWIW, (and I don't mean to hijack this thread, but people reading this post may be interested) I have an original Deluxe Balladeer which I will be putting up for sale just as soon as I can get around to it (I've got a number of family health problems which seem to be taking up all my spare time at the moment). I bought it in Spring 1969. I waited for it to be delivered to the dealer, so it was not existing floor stock. It has a two piece top with a smooth back. Serial number is A-996, and I have the OHSC. |
