uggh, "sounds as good as it looks" is not a ringing endorsement IMHO.

Huh. Says "As indicated by Dillion's provided certificate, this is the "Only Existing Model..." Dillion sold with the Leaftop design. Evidently, the threat of legal headaches put a stop to this finely made
instrument with it's beautiful leaftop design, but there is this ONE.

The manufacture's certificate provides verification that this J35CE XLT DILLION GUITAR is a one of a kind instrument handcrafted from the imagination of the designer as a tribute to the Dillian guitar line, stating that this is the only existing model (see photo of certificate hand signed by the designer himself)."

Then I guess that explains this... from Dillon's website...
maybe it was the only brown one they made...

I've seen those on eBay before. Maybe each one is "one of a kind"...

There's one in a music store in Syracuse. It's a bass. Actually looks like it was made fairly nicely. and the price is much less than what this guy is asking. Sound was comprible to the lower end import Ovations... Wonder just how many they actually made?? And if these would ever be considered a rare guitar. I suppose they would if they were not made by "Dillion" Sounds like super low end import junk... Ya know to be perfectly honest you can't miss the similarities but it is different enough in the overall pattern that I am surprised Ovation could stop these from being made?

Apparently their electric copies get pretty high ratings at harmony central.
