An interesting guitar and it brings up as question I don't remember the answer to, maybe one of you do? The first reintroduced Adamii had blind fingerboards. At what s/n did the inlays start?

What are "blind" fingerboards? Obviously they started the inlays before the end of the first year of production.

blind fingerboards = no position markers
only side dots
IMHO that is all you need

I thought a blind fingerboard was one made for Jose Feliciano.

Seriously, looking at this guitar I just realized that you can see that the fingerboard and headstock is wider at the neck than other Adamas' I have seen.

The question still stands, When did the inlays start? This is 173 and has them, assuming it's the original neck (no reason to think not) and I know that there were 30 or 40 blind boards made, if not more. It's just a reference point that we should nail down for the board if we can. I do recall that when they started, extra inlays were glued to the bowl for the 0 point of the vol and tone controls.
Sam, can you help here?
