Location: Back in the Valley of the Sun Mesa Az. | Thanks so much for the picks! It was a very kind gesture! I haven't tried them out yet, but will tonight. I've heard of Heavy gauge picks.... these must be considered in "ore" grade (or more appropriately Graphite).

You are quite welcome! The only problem with these picks is the edges are not clean, I'll have to try to find a way to buff the edges to get a clean sound.

Location: Back in the Valley of the Sun Mesa Az. | Already on it Cliff, good idea. I may not play with these picks much, as I am more found of thinner picks when I use one, but they are a cool addition to the collection, and will be displayed in my meager music room (or should I say closet)!

Got one a little while back from BCastle (thanks again, Barry!).
Interesting lil' implement, but WAY to thick for my strumming style. It DOES make a very nice addition to my hanging mobile comprised of guitar picks (along with the purple one w/Harrison's signature). |

Thanks for the picks, I tried them on my mandolin and I really like them. They have the same feel of a dunlop but much stiffer, I lost my stone pick but these are a better replacement as the stone pick was too thick for comfort. The pick end on the ones you sent to me seems to be smooth enough even though it's a little rough on the upper end but that's no problem. I'll pick with them for awhile and keep you all posted, right now I like them.
