Location: NW of Philadelphia | I am sorry to here about the damage. Hopefully USPS comes through and the repairs are quick and the guitar is sound when finished. |

Location: Jet City | All is done on this end too Mike. I was told the claims are usually settled within 30 days, so thats good. Let's hope that part of it goes smooth. |
