Location: Hicksville, NY | I need to send my balladeer to the mothership for repairs. Can someome provide me with the address please? Other than some PO Box # in Bloomfield, CT, the Ovation website isn't really helping me.
Thanks for the dumb inquiry, but this is something I've never done before. The tech from the shop where I purchased her could not do anything else, and advised me to send her to the mothership. Unfortunately, I left the shop in such a hurry that I forgot to obtain the necessary info. that I needed. :( |
