Location: atlanta | Last week I posted a photo of my daughter Kaki appearing as the "hand double" in a forthcoming movie called August Rush. I think these pictures probably indicate why she got the gig.

Location: atlanta | She actually performed at least two songs which will be on the soundtrack, including a Michael Hedges tune called "Ritual Dance" from the album Taproot. I'll say this for the film's music director--he has adventuresome taste in acoustic guitar music.

Location: GA USA | Hey, I was an extra in "Our Winning Season" when I was a senior in high school. So bad it never came out on VHS, and the DVD only came out a year or so ago. I bought it, and it's so terrible I couldn't even finish it.
But I got paid $60 and got out of class for 3 days. |

Location: NJ | My daughter was an "extra" in a movie called "Animal Room". It was a "HighSchool/SciFi/Thriller". Utter Shite. The big "star" was Neil Patrick Harris("DoogieHowser"), and as far as I know, it went straight to VHS. Ashley's total time "on-camera" is about 2.3secs. |
