Good nights from Spain.

After being tired of having difficulties to play my beloved CC 026 while seated, due to the constant rolling, I have found this while Googling for a solution.

It's an anti slippery patch available in the 3 bowl sizes, right or left handed guitars, and black or brown colour. And it works!

It's available where everything is available nowadays, at eBay (item number 160065099000). It costs 9'44 EUR (12'45 USD) with free shipping to US and almost free shipping to the rest of the World.

You can check it here:

Slip-Grip Patch For Ovation Guitars

I can promise I do not work for them (I'm spanish and they are based at Oakmont, Philadelphia). Hope this is as useful for you as it has become for me.

See you!

Jim is a member here. Several OFC'ers tested his products. The results were mixed, but mostly positive. I think if we'd actually cleaned the bowl before we slapped them on, they would have stayed put better :D :p I tested one on my 1763. I Like it.

Thanks for the reminder. BTW this is a natural made stocking stuffer for the OFC'er in your life.

I still have mine on the Legend. The surface material is gradually weraing off but the patch still stays put.

I have a brown, deep bowl Slip-Grip patch that I've never used.

I send it FREE to the first member to email me that they want it.

With people like Mitchrx it's a pleasure to visit this forum :-)

I currently have mine, so this Christmas present will go to other member, but many thanks anyway.

3M stair tread anti-slip tape works better and for a lot less money. You can do about 20 guitars for $8.
