| I don't know about Os but on most guitars there is no relation between nut/board width.
O5 Collectors - why is the neck gloss? |

Location: Madison, Wisconsin | My son's '92 Legend is gloss and has a more pronounced "V" shape than my '96 satin necked C.L. The older one seems a little smaller as well.Any idea what they used for the '05 profile? |

Thanks for the info but, frankly my dear, you'll never get me up in one those things. |

We went to satin finish and oil finishes because they were trendy at the time and were well recieved. They've gone back to gloss since it was time to do so. Neck shapes also reflect the market's current thinking, whatever that is. Over the years they've been many shapes, as have all manufacturers. |
