Location: Capital District, NY, USA Minor Outlying Islands | Last night there was a biography of Les Paul on PBS, which wasn't bad.
But, when they got to the part on the history of rock and roll, the only guitars they showed being destroyed by rockers were Fenders, Jimmy Hendrix burning his, Townsend smashing his, while the Gibsons played sweetly in the background. Subtle, but funny. |

Even UncahBeal's BestBud Henry was on there (wearing the fugliest tie I've ever seen and playing (badly) the one chord he knows). |
