Hi there my name is Al and I live in Mandurah Western Australia, if you look on the map you'll find us about 80K's down the coastline south of Perth. I'm now retired from the music business except that I go busking in our local Mall on suturdays for a couple of hours. It helps supplement my pension allowing me a few extras in life. I'll be 76 in February on the 21st to be exact. I own an old 1978 USA made Ovation Custom Balladeer (which Glen Campbell has played back in the early 80's). It's in dire need of a refret now and I'm hoping to get that done in a month to 6 weeks, once I've saved up the money. I shall then start using it again instead of my Maton. When I go busking I use a Fishman Loudbox Mini which is a 60 watt job and I plug a vocal mic in one channel and my guitar in the other channel I also get power from one of the shops in the Mall which is an ongoing agreement with the owner (a mate of mine). If you want to know more about me just ask.. Al

Hello Slow, welcome. I've released the shackles that were binding you and keeping you from joining your upside down friends. Feel free to do a walkabout through the site (yes, I've seen Crocodile Dundee)

Heheh, I guess seeing Crocodile Dundee is a requisite for joining the Downundererers. Do I get instant promotion if I've seen Crocodile Dundee 2 ?.. Slowpoke
