Location: Germany | Hi folks,
after I finished my Thunderhead refurbishment project (complete new electrics, re-plating some gold parts, partly repainting) I'm looking for a 12-string Hurricane. If you've got one for sale please let me know. Condition doesn't matter.
Best wishes
Karl
PS. If somebody needs the (old and new) Thunderhead wiring diagram I can send it to you. I changed the values of most pots and caps for a more contemporary circuit with the vintage DeArmond PUs.

I'd love to have that if it's no trouble to you.
My T-head was modified severely when I got it and I have no idea what the original configuration was.
(the rear volume pot was switched to a 4-way switch throwing the pickups: in phase, out-of phase, series, or parallel.....or something like that. plus another switch in between the four pots, maybe that was the series/parallel switch. I don't remember. had it gutted decades ago.) |
