Location: Dublin Ireland | I'm putting my Viper up for sale. Serial no. E 18610. It's all original. I'm based in Ireland, so shipping might be an issue for some of you guys but it's a nice guitar. I'm hoping to put it up on eBay soon. Pics below. Resonable offers considered.

| Jees I think if you wait just a little bit before listing there is someone in here now from across the pond who is interested in a nice Ovation Solid Body?

Within 24 hours there should be some nibbles from some of our Members that would pay in euros.
What do you consider reasonable for a price? |

Location: Dublin Ireland | Hey MWoody, yeah it's Glossy black with an ebony finger board. It was actually bought here in Ireland so it's been here since day one.
I have the original case that came with it, though it doesn't have any Ovation markings, and isn't in great condition.
I was "hoping" to get on eBay €800...but I thought I do the right thing and put it up here first. So I guess €600 (or over!!), but if all that's extortion let me know!!
I'll post more pics asap, as there are some dings in the finish and I don't want to mislead anyone. |

Location: Tennessee | Damien ... I love Vipers but not that many folks treasure them to the level we'd like. I'm not sure what you might fetch in Eire, but over here you'd be lucky to get half of your lower number. Vipers are very undervalued in this market. |

I had an idea it was a bit high...but so are my hopes!!!
Ovation guitars like this are rare here...so maybe that was leading the "€" figure!
I may hang on to it if I can't get a decent price. |

Location: North Texas | Damien, only you know the value of the guitar. It's very difficult to put a price on an instrument like yours. For Vipers, it seems to be a buyers market at this time. You probably won't get any grand offers from the colonies. If you want to be rid of it you'll have to bite the bullet, however, if it's as nice as it looks you might hold on 'til someone approaches your price. Cheers, Buck |
