Well not me, but my daughters boyfriend and his band will be playing at the Chedigny blues festival in Chedigny, France. They will play on Aug. 13 opening the three day festival. The festival hosts 7 to 10,000 people every year, and you can check some video clips and songs on their myspace at www.myspace.com/3karatdiamond. The American lifestyle network will be documenting the whole thing on a three day web cast (August, 13-16th) on www.myamericanlifestyle.net. Garrett is the lead guitarist and singer and is only 17 years old. Pretty big stuff for a kid that age. We are all very proud of them. All you guys across the pond need to check them out.

Should ba a big time. Tell them to try to learn a little bit of Francais, they'll get along better.

Damn! Wrong pond.

I have a friend from my previous life, (pre family man) who now lives in France, playing the blues for a living. Fantastic harmonica player, calls himself 'Barefoot Iano'.

Have you heard of him, Jérôme?

I'm surprised he's not doing the festival.
