Location: Sherwood Forest | This is the fourth Ovation I've owned in my 40 years of widdling and it's a beauty. It's the first deep bowl I've tried and the sound is right up there with the best. The first thing I did when I got it home was change the strings (it drives my wife nuts but that's not entirely why I do it). My choice in strings for a number of years has been Elixir Lights but this time I've tried Elixir Phosphor Bronze Lights. They're very tasty and I think I'll be sticking with them in future, just as I think I'll be sticking to my 2005 Collector's. Thanks for accepting me into your community. Talk soon.

You should go to Dave's serial number registration page and post it up.
I wonder...wouldn't a "robin hood" moniker been more appropriate :D |
