Location: Nashville | Just out of curiousity, has anyone out there played with the CV68 Vipers? Are they OK? I'm gonna check out the Ovation site..they look like the EA68s..but I know they have a rosewood fretboard for starters..the prices are right..especially on Ebay:-) Thanx Dan |

Location: Phoenix AZ | You get what you pay for. If you expect the CV to play, feel and sound like the EA for 1/3 the price just because it "looks the same", you'll be disappointed. If you expect it to be a great guitar for the money, you won't be disappointed. Dave |

Location: NJ | Having never played the CV, I can't vouch for it, but having had MasterTempleman's EA "live" with me for a while, I can state the the fit/finish/sound/playability are TopNotch . . .
If it were "me", I'd hold out for the US model. |

Location: Tampa, FL | Don't know if Dan is hanging around but my bidding finger is just twitchin' at this one. I've been hanging out in blues bars of late and have gotten a Jones for chambered ae guitars.

Location: Tennessee | Looks aside, there's lots of differences between the USA and Korean models ... things a pro like yourself would definitely notice. Think Gibson vs. Epiphone Les Paul, American Standard Strat vs. Squire, D-28 vs. Sigma. Then again, I've heard some musicians get some incredible sounds out of lower end guitars. |
