Location: Gig Harbor, Washington | This may be old news to some of you...but I just go back from spending the evening with Matt Smith at a World Famous CHOP SHOP! And though I've also been playing (Ovation's) for over 30 years...I am Totally INSPIRED!
I brought my 15 & 12 year old son's, and though they are both very talented musicians in their own right, they were blown away...the oldest plays drums and the youngest piano, and they've been tinkering around with my guitar collection for the past few years - but now, Watch Out!
So...the next time you see Matt is landing anywhere within 300 miles, quietly pack your favorite neck in the car, tell the family you've got a gig at the Holiday Inn in Modesto, and get on down there...Be There...or, BE TRAPEZOIDAL!!!
