I don't know of any "best" board, but try:
http://www.projectguitar.com/
and go to the "Interactive Forum" link at the top.
You'll find a section specifically on acoustics as well. It's more of a gathering of interested (and some very proficient) amateurs than professional luthiers, but it may be a place to start.
