I recommend a Planet Waves NS Capo

It has adjustable tension like the "bird".
They come in black and aluminum.
There is also a cheaper "NS Lite" which is plastic/nylon/whatever.
I have not tried the Lite... I would stick with the aluminum which is very light.

+1

I've been using a Planet Waves NS Black (it's aluminum too) for years... no complaints so far.

Slim, lightweight, clean simple design, fully adjustable tension.

Just remember to tighten the adjusting knob snugly before storing it away, that knob turns very freely and could wind its way off in your case.

oh yeah...

if you need one for a flat radius fretboard, than the NS Classical Guitar Capo is the one to get.
