Location: Delaware | Talk about customer service: I called John B. today to order some new gold tuners for a 12 string I just picked up used, (tuners on Adamas 1598 merb in bad shape), he is gonna ship them to me to make sure they are the right ones, THEN I can to send him the payment/check. Service above and beyond any company/corporation anyone could ever deal with. Just another reason to love my Ovations/Adamas !! |
