12-fretters won't fit in them!

I have more guitars than cases so I bought an 8158 (and I still have more guitars than cases)...
The plan was to use the new case for the Academy,
but neither the Academy nor the Folklore will fit in there!
The bottom of the headstock lands on top of that neck-support thingy by the junk-box.
So don't buy one of them for your 12-fretter, twon't work!

Oh well, I can use my Road Runner case to take either of them out.
But I just thought that I would share that little bit of info with y'all.

I decided after my first "open mic" that I'd only use a soft case from now on. Lighter weight and lots of storage pouches. If I was busking, that's what I'd use. Then you could fold it up and sit on it like a pillow.

I do have other cases that the 12-fretters will fit in and I can put the CSE24 in the new case...
So it is not like this is a total disaster.

But I did want to mention one more thing, since I pulled the Academy outta it's funky chipboard case...

This Academy sounds WAY better than it should considering it's component parts! :D

The 12 fretters will fit if you disconnect the neck first

The Academy is a Bolt-On... I am not sure about the Folklore.
