We are having our 1st White Christmas since we came up to Tennessee in 2006, so beautiful!
I want to wish everybody a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Thank you to all my friends here who were so very supportive of me and my fellow troops last year when I was in Iraq and I ask everybody to take a minute and think about those servicemembers away from their families during thee holidays, it's rough and support from back home make all the difference in the wold.

Last week here was cold and snowing. This week the winds blow from the south (north Africa) and are warm and humid, making a rainy Christmas and covering our cars with the color of desert sand ...
Perfect day to stay home with the parents and play some tune with the "O". Life is beautiful.
Merry Christmas to all ....

Ahhh for the balmy warmth of -6!!! We're sitting here at -24C (with the wind)! That can go away as far as I'm concerned. Where's all this great global warming we were supposed to be seeing?!?! bring it on!
