I mentioned this one on another thread. My 22 YO Custom Balladeer has been carting a scarred bridge for many years. I finally decided to give it a bit of a face lift with some Fiebing's Fret Board Dye. I also touched up the streaked ebony fret board to better compliment the new look of the bridge. Mostly an aesthetic choice, but I love the result! :D

It's weird, as nice as my instruments are, this one's my baby. It has the most sentimental value as it's been with me for over 20 years now. I honestly think it would be the last to go if I had to start selling things for some reason. We've been through too much together.

On a lighter note, as I age, my hairline apparently recedes a little more with every decent headwind. People have, occasionally  , offered snide suggestions involving varying doses of rogaine, etc. However, I am determined to accept the whims of father time with not only a fair slice of grace but with pointed yet droll retorts dispensed at the expense of those who would offer the aforementioned suggestions. All that being said, that grecian formula remark cracked me up. :D
