Contact Al at LostArtVintage.com . He might be able to get you a new one for a very few $ more than what a used one will fetch on eBay.

I'm pretty sure I saw a case for sale on his site.

If there are no stores in your area, you can get one online, like this one for a reasonable price.
By the time you buy a used one on eBarf, then pay shipping, you coulda bought a New one.
(I make ebay mistakes like that all the time!)
I'm not sure about "AMS", but Music 123, MF and GC all have acceptable return policies.
I just spent $50 on a beat-up case... For twice that, you can get a case that will last a lifetime.

Just food for thought...

Seriously suggest contacting Al at LostArtVintage...long story but he has (or had) the new 9158-0 case with a leather handle. So nice that when I got one with the OFC guitar (before the carbon case came in), I kept it.

The newer 9158's with the leather handle are sweet indeed!
