Location: Greencastle, IN | This is a great forum. I am new to it and have found it entertaining and informative. I am old enough to have purchased a new "O" in 1970. Someeday I'll share an incredible story about "O" sending me their best guitar for "FREE" because of the cracks. I'm looking to buy a 70's Glen Campbell or Custom Legend (might be stereo). I found the Legend in a local pawn shop. The guy is always out of sight on his prices. Both gits have the typical cracks. The legend is black. What is the Legend worth. The GC is not electric. I don't need the electric that much. My main axe for now is a Taylor 810ce. I am being tempted with the Adamas, however. I did play an Elite LX "unplugged and I was surprised at the volume, tone, action and overall balance. Any advise you guys and gals can give be will be greatly appreciated. I've gotta stay away from the "FOR SALE forum. I just retired from teaching band for 38 years and can't be spending my kids inheritance "CAN I" (grin)? |

Sometimes it's sad to see them fighting the GAS, isn't it...? |

A better buy would be this 80's Legend on the 'bay.... |

Yeah, what Beal said. |
