I'm just start to practice guitar. So, I have some question for you.
1.How often should I change strings?
2.What is a neck reset?
3.How can I protect my guitar from changes in humidity and temperature?
4. Can I buy and change saddle by my self? "Ovation celebrity model"
Thank you

I'm no expert but my advice is the following:
1.How often should I change strings?
When strings start to sound dead or show signs of wear. Also older strings may be harder to keep tuned properly. There is no right time like x weeks or months. Just go by sound and feel.
2.What is a neck reset?
If the neck is straight but the angle to the guitar body is not correct it will be difficult or impossible to get the saddle height correct for good playing comfort and sound. A good repair shop should be able to reset the neck to make it line up correctly.
3.How can I protect my guitar from changes in humidity and temperature?
Stable temp and humidity is important. Temperature between 70-75 degrees and humiduty around 40-45% is best. If you live in a very dry environment you should use a humidified - either a full room model or one of the small ones that goes into your case. Do a search on this board and you eill find some good discussion on this topic by experts.
4. Can I buy and change saddle by my self? "Ovation celebrity model"
On an acoustic only model this is very simple. More difficult on a acoustic/electric one. You can get replacement saddles from the factory. Just curious why you think you need to change your saddle?
Good luck and happy playing,
