Turned out to be a new Chinese-made Epiphone. Great construction, incredibly simple design. Single-ended all-tube, 5 watt class-A amp. 1 power tube, 1 preamp tube, volume control and that's it. I'm using it as a lap steel amp. Up full it's loud and filthy, but cleans up nicely with the guitar volume backed off. Instant David Lindley tone. With my discount cost £89.00GBP, which at the current exchange rate is about 170 bucks. It's probably even cheaper in the USA. Ridiculous. http://www.epiphone.com/default.asp?ProductID=254&CollectionID=13

Reviews look good and I have pissed away that much money on a weekend without remembering where it went. Lots of potential to play around with along with my Kalamazoo Model 2, the Fender Princeton and THD Univalve..
