Location: columbia SC | im new to ovations and to classical guitars. i just bought a used CC-153 on ebay, and find it has a "notched" bridge saddle that lowers the action and keeps the strings in place, but seems to be the source of some buzzing. is this the norm (?) for this guitar?
the guitar is very nice looking and very easy to play, but the g string sounds dead in comparison to the others, and i get some strange buzzes when playing unplugged. i intend to change the strings tonite, so this may go away.
would a trip to the ovation dealer for a service be in order? |

Very good.
Absolutely! But might not be necessary. |

I'd change it and have a new set up done. Factory or a good local luthier can handle it |
