 | My L777 has been shipped back to the mothership for neck fixin' (actually finger board); is there a name and number of someone I could call to personally ask what they're going to do to fix it (since it's been back there once before for this same issue - cracks in the ebony fingerboard)?
Thanks; any other pointers from your experiences dealing with the home team would be appreciated as well.

 | First of all, shame on you for not knowing, after 300+ posts, who to talk with in customer service ;)
 Second, KimKeller or John Budny

Finally, tell them what you want and what your worried about and then let them do the good work they do...

 | Thanks, Jeff; I'd heard the names, just wasn't sure...
...I'll check the Ovation website for the phone number...
