Hello, I am a new poster and I really need help in finding replacement parts for an old Ovation 1619.

Here are the parts I need:

1. TUSQ Saddle
2. TUSQ Nut
3. Headstock (original uses Gold with Pearl knobs)

I am in Los Angeles but would rather order the parts online or by phone if there is no online store.

Can anyone please help me?

Thank you very much!

Regards

Call the factory service department. Or any online parts dealer (such as StewMac) sells nut and saddle blanks. Dave

You can get a replacement nut from the Ovation factory. Send an email to Kim Keller at kkeller-kmc@Kaman.com.

The saddle is part of the piezo pick-up and has to be replaced as a unit. Kim can probably help you with that too.

What is a "headstock" replacement?

Thanks for your replies Tupperware and Mitchrx.

I meant "machine heads"/tuners not the entire headstock.

If I were replacing all 6 tuners I'd go for the Grover Locking Tuners .

The only problem is that the mounting screw holes won't line up so you'll see the old holes after you put the new tuners on. The Govers are 18:1 ratio, so they're very accurate.
