well it came in the mail 3days ago with a broken neck,i was gonna send it to the 'ship to get a new neck but after i un packed the old thing and see it was a clean break i decided to give it a go at glueing the head back on and low and behold i i left it clapmed and glued for 48hrs and un-clamped it and the damn thing holds the tension just fine. it looks ugly because some of the peghead overlay splintered but it works and sounds damn good..not too bad for my first major fix it project..jason

Like I said, Jason........No Guts, No Glory!!
I'm untwisting the neck on an old 1115 Pacemaker....AND......gluing the slothead back on. Raised the top back up. Glued a couple of loose braces. It was pretty much toasted. Haven't decided whether I'm going to patch the cracks in the top yet.....

i used this polmer-foam type shit called gorillia glue, ive used this type glue to repair antique picture frames and furniture so i figured it would work. it had some top cracks that i did a half ass job of stabilizing too. i gotta get some cYa remover and redo the top cracks tho.. i paid 65.00 for the guitar and ive got 6.00 in supplies so i guess it wasnt a bad buy for some junk off off fleabay..
oh yea i all most forgot i got the top cut out for my matrix-reso project too. the quarterman cone should be here tomorow..jason
