Does anyone know what this guitar is worth. The serial number is 354785, from what I found I believe it to be a 1985 or 86? I haven't been able to find out anymore information. Surfing the web I'm not finding any of these guitars any where. ? ? ?

To you, it's worth what you paid for it. To someone else, it may be worth more or less what you paid for it. Ovations sell for anywhere from $150 ot $2,500 depending on who is looking for what at any one time. If you go to Ebay and search "completed items only" for your model number, you will probably see what I mean.

Put it on ebay with a starting bid of $1 and a reserve of what you think it's worth. The figure it reaches will be a reasonable estimate of what the buying public thinks

Anyway, as I learned on this board (and now it's my turn to divulge!), the Celebrity series are Korean-made guitars and this would mean that the serial number is not "tracked". You can know the construction year by the serial number ONLY if it's a USA-made guitar.
Maybe yours is a 1996 model. Check this:

Enjoy your guitar and don't care about its money value! ;)

bye

Boy ain't that the truth! I put my Celebrity on a month ago with a $400 reserve. It only made it to $335. Two weeks later I put it back on, Same guitar, same pictures, same ad, same everything, but with NO reserve. It sold for $565. I don't understand this at all, I'm just glad the other guy has it & I have my new Elite 12 string. :)
